) What You'll Be Doing ? Support customers and internal departments with solar accounts ? Build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication ? Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face ? Utilize strong listening and critical thinking skills.
Go the extra mile to engage customers ? Assist with projects as assigned Experience and Skills Needed ? Fluent in both English and Spanish:
Strongly preferred ? 1 to 2 years of call center experience ? Experience working through complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution ? Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment ? Skillful with computers (i.
