Tooele, UT Tooele, UT $10 an hour $10 an hour 9 hours ago 9 hours ago 9 hours ago AQUATICS AID / LIFEGUARD IN TRAINING This is a training position to become a life guard, a swim instructor aid, a water slide attendant and eventually a swim instructor.
We provide the necessary training in life guarding and swim instruction.
We offer life guard certification class and water safety instructor class by Red Cross.
We offer swim clinics to assist in your own swimming and eventually in your teaching if you become a swim instructor aid or swim instructor.
As an Aid your typical work duties include:
Participate in the life guard training class to become a life guard; Act as an assistant to swim instructors during lessons and helps with set up and take down; Act as a water slide attendant; Assist with setup of special functions and events.
Move equipment and material as directed; Assist cashiers by working in the concessions area under supervision; Monitor pool entrance to ensure individuals have showered prior to entry; Perform custodial duties as assigned including, but not limited to, emptying garbage cans, sweeping and mopping floors, washing facility equipment; and, Perform other duties as assigned.
You'll be surrounded by both teens and adults who have a shared goal of ensuring our patrons have a good time but return home safely.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
