Responsible to carry out daily tasks in compliance with SOPs while contributing to the efficiency of daily duties.
Duties include but not limited to:
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Carry out various warehouse and logistics operations duties such as:
Shipping, receiving, material handling and inventory control tasks in support of the team's daily activities.
Primary focus is on preparing items for shipping Ensuring facility is clean and maintained throughout your shift Ability to read and understand the company SOPs Understanding of all warehouse accounts Reporting any problems to your direct supervisor to allow for a safe and healthy work environment Ensure the practice of Health and Safety on a daily basis Staff will be cross-trained, flexible and able to move around within the team as demands and priorities change.
Show professionalism everyday towards all departments, staff, carriers, customers, and drivers.
Attitude is expected to be positive, motivated, and focused always.
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 2
years of warehouse experience Relevant experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE LANGUAGE:
English COMPUTER:
Microsoft Office Software, WMS, knowledge of RF scanner PERSONAL:
Ability to independently handle multiple tasks.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Job Type:
