Speakman's Concrete Speakman's Concrete Tooele, UT Tooele, UT Full-time Full-time $25 - $32 an hour $25 - $32 an hour Duties - Perform various tasks related to concrete construction and laboring duties - Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites for concrete pouring - Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and equipment - Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete - Remove debris and clean work areas after completion of projects - Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment Requirements - Previous experience as a concrete laborer or in a similar construction role is preferred - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans - Familiarity with construction management software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Prolog, Primavera, or ProCore is a plus - Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time - Knowledge of proper handling and use of concrete tools and equipment - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors - Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
