As an Optician, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities - Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses - Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features - Provide recommendations on lens options, frames, and lens coatings based on customers' needs - Adjust eyewear to ensure proper fit and comfort - Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance - Process orders for eyewear and contact lenses - Maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions and orders - Assist with inventory management and ordering of eyewear products Experience - Previous experience as an Optician or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA regulations - Retail management experience is a plus - Strong retail sales skills If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
