Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails; scheduling appointments; interacting with and assisting customers; selling gift cards and retail products; taking payments; maintaining salon cleanliness; managing staff; and overseeing general flow of the salon.
The position requires learning our online booking system, familiarizing yourself with our services, an ability to sell products, great customer skills, and management skills.
Ability to utilize social media is preferred.
Shift times are Tuesday - Thursday 1:
30pm - close (approximately 7:
30pm; Saturday 8:
30am - close (approximately 6pm) 29.
5 hours a week.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
