7K a year NAT-SU Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resource team.
Within this role you'll utilize your recruiting and communication skills to review resumes and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
The ideal candidate for this role should be able to recruit for many different types of positions all while delivering top-notch candidate experience.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role with a chance to be part of a growing team! Recruiting:
Maintain tracking/measurement system directly related to recruitment effectiveness.
Proactively source diverse, passive candidates via appropriate channels, build and maintain a network of talented candidates through market research, creative sourcing techniques, direct sourcing, and on-going relationship management for a broad range of positions.
Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruiting practices and processes' culture of innovation and of our recruiting practices and processes.
Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role, based on business needs and goals and in alignment with our company strategy.
Identify the appropriate combinations of networking/sourcing tools needed to enable successful achievement of recruitment metrics.
Provide exceptional client and candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
Ensure a high level of data integrity utilizing our ATS (applicant tracking software) and other systems.
Manage applicant's information and update status on ATS (applicant tracking software) Schedule and coordinate telephone and in-person interviews Assist with the creation of job descriptions and job postings.
Conduct reference checks and background investigations; validate candidate application information.
Initiate and maintain contact with qualified candidates for job openings throughout recruitment and hiring process.
Review and coordinate candidate applications, conduct phone interviews/screenings, refer candidate to hiring managers, and participate in applicant interviews.
Coordinate/participate in various job fairs.
Develop/maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, outreach organizations, and other groups as necessary to meet recruiting objectives.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Prepare employment offers for approval.
Once approved, extend offers to candidates.
Participate in New Hire orientation.
Ensure candidates receive timely communication throughout the application and new hire process.
Full life cycle recruiting.
HR Administration:
Assist in maintaining employee files, assuring all necessary documentation is maintained and managed appropriately.
Compose recruiting reports for the HR Director and management.
Maintain all job descriptions and job postings.
Complete and distribute weekly and monthly staffing reports.
Scans documents into appropriate employee files Required Knowledge & Skills:
Ability to communicate confidential information.
Work experience with ADP and Indeed (preferred) Experience with an ATS and an HRIS Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills 2
years of recruiting/HR experience.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Healthcare Industry knowledge/experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to multitask.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
