Job Description:
Full time head substance abuse counselor.
Ability to develop and implement sustainable treatment plans for both group and individual therapy.
Timely completion of patient paperwork.
Maintain up to date and accurate patient records.
Provide case-management and referral services.
Maintain State of Utah required certifications.
Facilitate outreach and networking functions.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Pay is based on Experience but ranges from $25 to $30 per hour.
Requirements:
Master's Degree or higher in Mental Health
3
years' experience with inpatient or outpatient substance abuse therapy.
Licensing in SUDC, ASUDC, or higher is preferred but not mandatory.
