Apartment Maintenance Worker
Main duties include readying units for move in tenants. We are specifically looking for someone skilled in sheetrock repair and ability to make general repairs on appliances. Skills needed would be PAINT/PATCH and maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting all aspects of the buildings and grounds throughout the property. Hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and occasionally, on call after hours.
MUST HAVE ONE YEAR VERIFIABLE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE. Must have basic skills necessary for the job including painting/patching, plumbing, sprinkler repair, simple carpentry, basic electrical/plumbing. Pay is based on experience. Some equipment and tools provided. MUST LIVE IN IMMEDIATE AREA.
