Description
Relieves Chief Executive Officer of administrative functions in order to increase the time CEO has available for executive level responsibilities. Handles a wide variety of complex and confidential situations and resolves conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. May direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to the CEO.

Qualifications
Requires an associate''s degree or its equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field''s concepts, practices, and procedures.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
