Canyon Home Care and Hospice is a rapidly growing company looking for Compassionate & Enthusiastic RN s to join our Tooele team. We are currently looking to hire a full time Home Health & Hospice nurse, experience in both Home Health and Hospice a bonus. Duties include patient home visits, sharing on-call nursing duties & scheduling. Must be self-motivated, have excellent communication & computer skills. Must enjoy the elderly & relate positively to our patients & their families. Must be team worker, have reliable transportation, current and valid RN license.
