Community Support Personnel
Job Description
Work in a rewarding job helping others with learning challenges and other disabled adults daily living skills and keep employment in the community. Requires a great attitude, adaptability, good documentation skills and the ability to be a liaison between the client, family members and employer to help adapt their strengths to their duties.
Your primary duty would be to assist individuals with disabilities finding, adapting and monitoring their jobs, daily living skills and accessing in the community. Good penmanship, basic computer skills and reliable personal automobile is a must; a reliable smart phone is desired (for time card and basic reporting).

Qualifications
The salary range listed is what is available for this position; new appointments are generally started at the lower end of the range depending on education and experience.
