Schedule:
Full-time; M-F; 40 hours per week
Location:
Tooele - 27 S Main Street, 84074
Beginning Pay based on
Experience:
$11.14/hr

Responsibilities
Work with individuals and their family to provide case management care to support therapy goals and reduce the need for higher levels of care
Crisis intervention and management.
Coordination with community partners to assist the client in reaching therapy goals
Provide positive role modeling
Respond to situations that may arise in a professional and calm way
Maintain accurate and timely paperwork
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age with good boundaries and the maturity necessary to model appropriate behavior and create a positive environment
Experience working with children, youth and families with mental health a real plus!
Have or be able to obtain a case manager certification.
Must be able to work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Optimistic individuals with excellent teamwork and customer service focus
Basic computer skills and efficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new applications quickly
Personal vehicle required to travel to trainings and meeting with clients
Work as an effective team member in keeping client(s) as highest focus
5% wage increase for proven bilingual English/Spanish proficiencyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
